NITED NATIONS, NEW YORK CITY — September 21, 2025: Diplomatic Courier and World in 2050 will host the Education Futures Forum during the historic 80th United Nations General Assembly. The forum is to be held in the SDG Media Zone at the UN Headquarters. The forum convenes global leaders, educators, and innovators under the theme of “Shaping the Future of Learning, Skills, and Opportunity for All.”
Participants will consider how education systems can be transformed to bridge skills gaps and advance UN Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education for All. Discussions will focus on:
- Redesigning systems for 21st century demands
- Scaling skills and the learning economy
- Models that make education more accessible
In an era of rapid technological disruption and declining investment in education, the forum will spotlight pioneering organizations advancing bold, scalable solutions for accessibility in learning.
“Education is the connective tissue of the Sustainable Development Goals. Without bold action to transform learning, we will fall short not just on SDG 4, but on every global goal. That is why convening the Education Futures Forum at this historic 80th UNGA is so critical. We are proud to bring together leaders across sectors to reimagine education as the foundation for innovation and resilience in the decade ahead,” said Ana Rold, Founder and CEO of Diplomatic Courier and its World in 2050 global action platform.
