M. Ashraf Haidari is Afghanistan's former Ambassador to Sri Lanka, and teaches as an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. He was the Director-General of Policy and Strategy of the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan from 2015-2018.
