Surya Kant, President, North America, UK & Europe at Tata Consultancy Services, sat for an interview with the Diplomatic Courier at "Talent Mobility & the Future of Jobs: The World in 2050".

[Diplomatic Courier:] The population in India is projected to continue growing in the next decade. How will this impact India’s economy?

[Surya Kant:] I think the Indian economy as a result of this is going to grow because an educated workforce requires products and services which are world class. And it’s going to help the world economy in that sense. Today, because of the interconnected world, people see how the world lives, what sort of products are available, service are available, and they will demand the same world class products and services. So in that sense the products and services being built in India will continue to get better. Similarly the world class products and services from other countries, they would have a lot more business.
