ONDON, UK — October 9, 2023: Diplomatic Courier and World in 2050, in collaboration with Radiant Foundation and Gallup present the 2023 Wellbeing Forum (WBF) at The Shard in London, UK.  The multidisciplinary meeting is hosted on the occasion of World Mental Health Day and follows the theme: “Human Wellbeing in the Age of AI: Enabling Human Flourishing through Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Social, and Intellectual Health.”

WBF examines the leading indicators of trends in physical, mental, and spiritual health globally so that the problems of today do not become tomorrow’s crises. The meeting draws on cutting edge research and examines wellbeing in five key areas: physical, mental, spiritual, social, and intellectual health. This year’s WBF brings together a highly-curated group of decision makers in the private and nonprofit sectors, policy, academia, and innovation to discuss the trends and solutions for the future. We will hear from leading thinkers in different sectors about their own professional and personal coping strategies during this unprecedented moment in history.

This year’s WBF features presentations and panels covering a wide variety of topics important to this objective, including:

  • How to Enable Human Flourishing in the Age of AI
  • Wellbeing for the Individual, Organization, and Society
  • Faith and Wellness: The Worldwide Connection Between Spirituality and Wellbeing
  • Centered Cities: A Global Movement to Transform Youth’s Mental Health and Wellbeing

“The debates we’re having this year are not about AI at all,” said Ana C. Rold, CEO of Diplomatic Courier and Host and Founder of the Wellbeing Forum. “The AI debate is a proxy for all the anxieties humanity is facing at this critical juncture in our civilization. Will AI be an enabler for better health outcomes? Or will it contribute to more anxieties? We believe AI is going to play a big part in how we meet these challenges at an individual, organizational, and societal level. It is up to us to shape it into something good and in service of humanity.”

Aaron Sherinian, CEO of Radiant Foundation and co-host of this year’s WBF said, “We look forward to participating in the Wellbeing Forum’s examination of human flourishing in the age of AI. We believe faith is key to a thriving society. At a time when millions of people worldwide are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, we partnered with Gallup to better understand the connection between spirituality and wellbeing. There is a growing body of medical and psychological research demonstrating that people with a stronger spiritual commitment often have better health outcomes than those who do not make faith, spirituality, or religion a central part of their lives.”

Gallup examined 20 years’ data, secondary research, conducted over a dozen global expert interviews and will be sharing key findings from the new report, Faith and Wellness: The Worldwide Connection Between Spirituality and Wellbeing during the opening session of WBF.

This year’s speakers include:
