Entrepreneurs, innovators, and creators are some of the words that come to mind when defining the Millennial generation. This generation comes up with outstanding ideas, pursues them without inhibitions, and recreates how things have been done in the past.

Ido Leffler and Lance Kalish have done just that creating from the ground up; Yes To™, a line of natural skin and hair care products which has grown to become the #2 natural beauty brand in the USA in four short years. Part of their success is due to their creativity, commitment, and enthusiasm which fuel their passionate work.

Their company has reached huge success in the industry but Yes To™ does more than that and Leffler and Kalish have been determined to be a company that “does good”. They created the Yes To™Seed Fund, a non-profit organization which promotes organic school gardens to improve children’s health. The Yes To™, Hope program is similar, working in Africa to supplement student meals with healthy fresh grown food.

Their new book Get Big Fast and Do More Good tells the story of these two Australian entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds and with different stories who found success. Leffler and Kalish give helpful insight into how one goes about building a company and making it successful all while “doing good”.

Leffler is part of the United Nations Foundation’s Global Entrepreneurs Council which is a platform for the best and brightest of entrepreneurs to collaborate with the UN and the UN Foundation to take their ideas to the next level and continue “doing good”.

Yes To™ is model for innovators and emerging companies that using the platform of a successful company many things are possible. This is the new model for young innovators that will hopefully make the world a better place which has been Leffler’s goal. He wears orange every day because the color is symbolic of the company’s roots and mission so wearing it helps him remember his roots and keep him humble. The lessons in Get Big Fast and Do More Good will help set the stage for any aspiring entrepreneur to find success and use to it to for the greater good of the world, this is the Millennial way of innovation.
