Virun Lutchman is the Environmental Crime Lead at the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS). CARICOM IMPACS is the implementation arm of the regional architecture that manages CARICOM's action agenda on crime and security and it's mission is securing the Caribbean's communities and spaces so that individuals can fulfill their highest potential.
