Lucía González Camelo is an advisor at Pan-American Strategic Advisors (PASA), specializing in Latin American governance, institutional development, and natural resource policy. She has worked with the Organization of American States, the Colombian Embassy in Switzerland, and the States and Institutions of Governance in Latin America project at Georgetown University. She holds an MA in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science from Universidad de los Andes.
