Dr. Joni Jupesta is a Research Fellow and Academic Associate at the UN University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS). In 2023 he was elected as Task Force Bureau Member on National GHG Inventories of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) for its 7th cycle. He was a Lead Author of the 2022 IPCC 6th Assessment Report on Mitigation of Climate Change.
