Frank Brown is the Director of CIPE’s Anti-Corruption & Governance Center, which focuses on innovative approaches to fighting corruption and fostering accountability and compliance measures in developing countries. Brown has an extensive background in anti-corruption and cross-trade program work, including much time in Central Asia, Russia, and Ukraine.
