Colin Wall is a research assistant at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy. He is also a graduate of the Master of Arts in Transatlantic Affairs program, a joint degree of The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and the College of Europe. His studies focused on threats to Euro-Atlantic security, whether from external adversaries or internal challenges to democracy and rule of law. Prior to joining the Carr Center, Colin worked as a researcher for the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, an inter-parliamentary consultative body to the NATO Alliance. He has also interned at the European Parliament and Atlantic Council and has a BA in international relations from Franklin & Marshall College.
