Benjamin Lutz is a mediator whose focus is on peace, diplomacy, and security in the Middle East. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Bradford in the UK, where he focused on Middle Eastern peace processes through interfaith and interreligious dialogue efforts. He speaks Arabic and has spent much of his academic and personal careers living, researching, and engaging in the Middle East region. In addition to his role at Diplomatic Courier, Benjamin is the Director of Communications and Operations for Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI) a global organization focusing on peacebuilding and effective mediation. He also serves on the senior leadership team of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) as Director of Membership.
