Jennifer McArdle

Prior to Admiral Mullen's planned visit to India, she organized a video-teleconference between Delhi think tanks and the U.S. OSD and Joint Staff to discuss trip themes. Darya Pilram

Darya Pilram is a MPH-Global Health graduate with a background in international relations and cultural anthropology. Her work spans multinational peacekeeping engagements in Mongolia to coordinating de-mining campaigns in Angola and Afghanistan; schistosomiasis prevention projects in Kenya to the tea fields of India and the [freezing] ancient tea routes across Russia. The intersections of health, diplomacy, security, and engagement drove her thesis on the Department of Defense's hospital ship missions, and she has briefed at international conferences and the Pentagon. She is currently completing follow-on analysis with the Pacific Partnership 2012 aboard the USNS MERCY in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia. When home, she sails boats and flies planes.

Eniola Mafe

Eniola Mafe is the Africa Program Manager at Vital Voices Global Partnership, a Washington, D.C.-based international non-profit that works with women leaders to advance women's human rights, political participation, and economic empowerment. With a special focus on organizational development, entrepreneurship, and economic development in sub-Saharan Africa, Eniola manages the Africa Businesswomen's Network (ABWN), a partnership among local African businesswomen's organizations that enhances the management, business development, and leadership skills of businesswomen. Eniola also manages other programs focused on the growth of women-led small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Prior to joining Vital Voices, Eniola worked with Women's World Banking Ghana (WWBG), where she developed social impact methodology to quantify the social and community impact of the microfinance institutions on its clients, investors, and wider community. Eniola began her career as an Equity Finance Analyst for Merrill Lynch.

Eniola frequent speaker and guest lecturer on the topic of women's entrepreneurship development in Africa. Eniola holds a M.A. from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, specializing in International Business and Development, and a B.A in International Studies from Spelman College.

Danielle Goldberg

Danielle Goldberg is a conflict resolution and education specialist at Columbia University's Institute for the Study of Human Rights and an education advisor to the U.S. Institute of Peace. She has led capacity building workshops for Darfuri non-profit leaders, facilitated Turkish-Armenian track-two dialogue, worked to establish the Sudanese Diaspora coalition Voices for Sudan, and served as an Atlas Corps fellow in Colombia. Recently, she co-authored a university course on conflict and social harmony for Sri Lanka's Ministry of Higher Education, which is now receiving interest from other conflict-affected countries. She holds an M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University.

Shannon O'Reilly is the Executive Director in Communications for Military and Veterans Affairs at JPMorgan Chase, responsible for communicating the firm's military and veteran initiatives focused on jobs, homeownership, education, and philanthropy. She is also the communications liaison for the 100,000 Jobs Mission, a growing coalition of companies committed to hiring at least 100,000 veterans by 2020. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, O'Reilly was the Director of External Relations at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), a non-partisan national security think tank in Washington. Throughout her career, she has also worked on several political campaigns as a foreign policy advisor and communications expert.
